🇮🇹 COME PRENOTARE

1. Compilazione del form: Ogni maggiorenne compila il proprio modulo. I minori vengono registrati dentro il modulo del genitore o tutore, non separatamente.

2. Scegli il tuo caso in "Chi stai registrando?"
- Singolo Partecipante: Partecipi da solo. - Genitore: Partecipi tu, ma i tuoi minori sono registrati nel modulo dell'altro genitore. Vale anche se i tuoi figli sono maggiorenni e si registrano da sé. - Fratello/Sorella: Sei maggiorenne e partecipi insieme ai tuoi fratelli/sorelle, ciascuno con il proprio modulo. - Genitore e minori a mio carico: Partecipi tu e registri anche i minori nel tuo stesso modulo. - Solo minori a mio carico: Registri i minori ma tu non partecipi.
💡 Se siete due genitori: solo uno dei due registra i minori. L'altro sceglie "Genitore". Se entrambi li registrate, i ragazzi risulteranno iscritti due volte.
3. Gruppo di pagamento

Il campo "Nome gruppo pagamento" serve a tenere insieme chi paga con un unico versamento.

Scrivi lo stesso identico nome su tutti i moduli del gruppo — di norma il cognome di famiglia (es. ROSSI). Alla domanda "Pagherai tu per tutto il gruppo?" risponde SÌ una sola persona del gruppo: quella che effettua il pagamento. Tutti gli altri rispondono NO. NON COMPILARE se paghi solo per te stesso NON

💡 Il gruppo di pagamento è quello che determina la tariffa fratelli/sorelle: i fratelli devono condividere lo stesso nome gruppo perché lo sconto venga applicato correttamente.

- Acconto: Per usufruire della tariffa agevolata, dovrai compilare il modulo di iscrizione E versare un acconto di €50 a persona entro il 31/07.
- Politica di cancellazione: in caso di cancellazione entro il 15/09 l'acconto sarà rimborsato; dopo tale data verrà trattenuto a copertura delle spese vive.
- Info: per dubbi o situazioni particolari, contattaci prima di compilare.

🇬🇧 HOW TO BOOK

1. Filling out the form: Each adult fills out their own form. Minors are registered within the form of their parent or guardian, not separately.

2. Choose your case under "Who are you registering?"

- Single Participant: You are attending on your own. - Parent: You are attending, but your minors are registered on the other parent's form. This also applies if your children are adults and register themselves. - Brother/Sister: You are an adult attending together with your siblings, each with their own form. - Parent with dependent minors: You are attending and also registering the minors on your own form. - Dependent minors only: You are registering the minors but you are not attending.

💡 If you are two parents: only one of you registers the minors. The other selects "Parent." If you both register them, the children will end up enrolled twice.

3. Payment group The "Payment group name" field is used to keep together everyone who pays with a single transfer.

Write the exact same name on all the forms in the group — normally the family surname (e.g. ROSSI). For the question "Will you be paying for the whole group?", only one person in the group answers YES: the one making the payment. Everyone else answers NO. DO NOT fill this in if you are only paying for yourself.

💡 The payment group is what determines the sibling rate: siblings must share the same group name so that the discount is applied correctly.

- Deposit: To qualify for the early-bird rate, you must complete the registration form AND pay a deposit of €50 per person by 31/07.
- Cancellation policy: in case of cancellation by 15/09 the deposit will be refunded; after that date it will be retained to cover actual costs.

Fratelli/Sorelle partecipanti al campo (agevolazioni pagando l'acconto entro il 31 luglio)
•⁠ ⁠Primo fratello/sorella: 90€ (*50€ acconto + 40€ saldo*)
•⁠ ⁠Secondo fratello/sorella: 85€ (*50€ acconto + 35€ saldo*)
•⁠ ⁠Terzo fratello/sorella e successivi: 80€ (*50€ acconto + 30€ saldo*)

Per ottenere la tariffa agevolata

Le tariffe famiglia si applicano solo a genitori e figli dello stesso nucleo familiare.
NOTA: Il processo di iscrizione si completa in due fasi distinte:
•⁠ ⁠Prima fase: compilazione del modulo di iscrizione online per ogni partecipante
•⁠ ⁠Seconda fase: pagamento della quota di partecipazione secondo le tariffe indicate
Si prega di non effettuare il pagamento prima di aver completato la registrazione.

Single participant

Parents with children attending the camp•⁠ €80 per person (flat rate, regardless of registration date) •⁠ Deposit: €50 by 31 July •⁠ Balance: €30 before the retreat

Siblings attending the camp (discounts when paying the deposit by 31 July)

•⁠ First sibling: €90 (€50 deposit + €40 balance) Second sibling: €85 (€50 deposit + €35 balance) Third sibling and beyond: €80 (€50 deposit + €30 balance)

Family rates apply only to parents and children of the same household.

NOTE: The registration process is completed in two separate stages:
